About Dr. Avirup Maiti

Dr. Avirup Maiti is a dedicated pulmonologist specializing in the diagnosis and management of respiratory diseases, allergy disorders, and sleep-related breathing issues. He is the founder of Breath of Life Allergy & Lung Clinic in Ghatal, a center dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care in pulmonology.

A graduate of R.G. Kar Medical College, Kolkata, Dr. Maiti holds postgraduate qualifications in DNB (Respiratory Medicine). His clinical expertise spans asthma, COPD, interstitial lung diseases (ILDs), sleep apnea, and tuberculosis. He is also skilled in advanced diagnostic procedures like spirometry, FeNO testing, polysomnography, skin prick testing, bronchoscopy and thoracoscopy.
